• The ideal applicant will have previous financial services writing experience, process mapping and/or branch banking experience.
• Provides business process or systems support that may include duties such as root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition and hypothesized improvement opportunities.
• Experience using SIPOC analysis, process maps, and RACI, Six Sigma or other related methodologies.
• May include facilitation of Kaizen events.
• May involve re-engineering of existing processes.
• Includes facilitation of organizational change and performance measures.

The Integration Consultant is part of our application deployment team managing a large web applications hosting environment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Position is work with the client and vendors to deploy and support applications in the server farm. It is also to handle support tickets and is responsible for troubleshooting Windows, IIS, SQL and application issues. Areas of expertise include IIS, SQL.

The hosting environment comprises 500 Wintel servers and 250 Web-facing applications and continues to grow. It is widely recognized for its innovative use of the latest technologies from Microsoft, Cisco, and other leading IT companies.

Experience/Special Skills: Candidate must have the following:

• Strong IIS and/or SQL Administration .
• Strong Active Directory 2000/2003.
• MCSE 2000/2003 certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
  • Two years of experience in administering large Windows 2008/Windows 2003 Active Directory environments with multiple sites.
  • Two years of hands-on experience in administering large Exchange 2007 environments. Experience with Exchange 2010 will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with DNS and WINS in large environments.
  • MCSE 2003 or 2008 Certification.

  • Six to ten years experience in systems engineering and project management in networking required.

The ArcObjects Developer will work on a team to design and build applications that incorporate GIS functionality in existing database applications, and assist in moving the spatial data and applications into an ArcSDE for Oracle environment. Must be knowledgeable in ESRI ArcObjects, Visual Basic 6.0 and/or Visual Studio .NET (VB or C#), Object Oriented Design, ESRI linear referencing models (ArcInfo route systems or geographic networks), and SQL. Optional Skills in Java, UML, ArcInfo / ArcEdit helpful.
